Since so many people are using the easily accessible inventory figures on Daft.ie as a possible indicator of the state of the Irish property market, here are graphs of the number of properties listed on that site for sale and rent. The “main” graphs are updated hourly, with the county, international, commercial and price graphs updated overnight. Data prior to 2006-10-24 was provided by whizzbang and data prior to 2008-10-08 was provided by DoNotPassGo, thanks for the great work!

Update September 28th 2009: Main sales/rental scripts changed to reflect new site design on daft.ie. County graphs will be updated later in the week.
